The first property purchased by the company was a single-family residence in Buchanan, MI. This bank owned property sat on the market for many months. We rehabilitated the property in less than four months, then sold it within weeks of listing it for a very competitive price and split a $40K profit with partners.

The family who purchased the home did not have any of their belongings because their moving truck was not scheduled to arrive for several days. There were no beds for the children and no refrigerator for keeping their food cold. We helped the family out by supplying temporary bedding and a refrigerator until their items had arrived.
